1. A long-term exhibition of the house products with a certain content of science and technology which stress environmental protection, automation, energy saving and security etc.
2. Maximum lease: 1 year, Minimum lease: Half year
3. Rental in RMB.The details please contact the International Exhibition Center
4. Participant shall obey the holistic design requirements from exhibition center
5. Water and electricity are free of charge except exhibited facilities have to use the electricity

B. Service:

1. Center air condition system
2. IDD and DDN
3. Business center, meeting-room, luxury negotiation zone and lounge
4. 24 hours security
5. The management of Singapore logistics
6. Provide professional engineer for purchase service
7. Park
8. Assistance to transact legal formalities for organizations in Beijing, registration for participant
9. Provide translator, accountant, consultant and lawyer etc.
10. Provide the agency for customers' imported goods
11. Timely invite the representatives from the relevant department of the Ministry of Construction and organize the seminar
12. Century Building assists customers to get the relevant authorization of the Ministry of Construction
