1. Company Profile:
Beijing Century Building International Housing Industrialization Science & Technology Development Ltd, Company was established in 2002. Since establishment, Century Building has always motivated to pursue the perfect harmony among ¡°people, residence and nature¡±. Our aim is to provide, the sooner the better, energy-saving, ecological and comfortable houses to the Chinese people. Through constant technology innovation, talents support strategy, international brand awareness, best industry enterprise in China, strengthen of core products¡¯ research, design, production, and assembly capability, our company is in a healthy, harmony and sustainable position.
When we first established, we wanted to build the company to be a "technology innovation, best practice, quality efficiency" enterprise. In September 12th, 2003, our company created a first in China, a 3000-m2 indoor "International Integrated House Exhibition Center" with 1 to 1 real display in the China Architectural Cultural Center, and our exhibition center was entitled "National Exhibition Base for Housing Industrialization" by the Ministry of Construction.
In 2004, our company established a complete chain of activities, ranging from integrated house exhibition, sale, design, production, assembly to after-sale services. Almost 1000 sets of architectural blueprints of integrated houses were developed, designed and completed to meet various market demands such as bungalows, detached houses, movable houses, characteristic tour integrated houses, new village houses, and ancient integrated houses in the city. These software and hardware supports have prepared our company for development, strengthened our key technical skills, and enhanced our core competitiveness. The company had won several awards in and outside China, such as the ¡°House Technology and Product Innovation Award¡± from China Ministry of Construction (MOC), ¡°Canadian Wood Association Awards¡±. We also won Chinese patents for our self developed ¡°2x4 wood structure Quadrangles¡±.
Since the second half of 2004, our company materialized the integrated houses from concept to market place. 2 years later, we have expanded our markets to Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Qingdao of Shandong, Baiyangdian of Hefei, Zhengzhou of Henan, Hangzhou of Zhejiang and areas around Beijing. We have constructed more than hundreds thousands square meters space areas of houses. We have also actively promoted our products overseas and have signed contracts in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Australia, USA, and Liberia. These projects are now in the implementing stage.
Our integrated houses and products fulfill the national policy of energy-saving, ecological, and industrialization completely. Therefore, from the beginning, our company has been supported by MOC and other government departments. Many local and foreign visitors had, in the past few years, visited the "National Exhibition Base for Housing Industrialization" that has played key role in house industrialization advancement in China. In 2002, we became a member of National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in the USA. In 2004, we formed a ¡°Century Building Specialists and Advisers Group¡± and the group members were all famous experts and leaders from MOC and other national construction material and industry sectors. The group¡¯s technical support has helped the company¡¯s development.
The integrated houses highlight the key word ¡°Integrated¡±. Our company always gives priority to the development of ¡°Integration¡±, just like the integrated computer and integrated car. We first begin with research and design to work out a complete blueprint. We then sign contracts with suppliers for parts and equipment. The suppliers, base on our blueprints and time schedule, supply the product size, standard, quantity, and quality accordingly. Finally, Century Building integrates and completes the assembly and then delivers to customers. Century Building always thinks of ¡°Integration¡±, and emphasizes design and research as primary factor. With this in mind, we establish a union of suppliers from structure system, periphery protection system, door and window system, kitchen and bathroom system, renovation system, water and electricity system to the equipment installation system. The union consists of hundreds of famous enterprises locally and internationally, and thousands kinds of products. All these are kept in the ¡°Database of suppliers¡¯ products¡±. Upon requests, all product information can be presented timely to meet the customer¡¯s demand and product requirement. It ensures a reliable distribution system for the assembly of ¡°integrated houses¡±.
Due to our reputation being the pioneer high-tech enterprise of integrated house production in China, our new products, new operation modes and new construction methods have revolutionary meanings in the history of Chinese Construction. Century Building has been highlighted in the mass media inside and outside China, such as CCTV, People¡¯s Daily, China Daily, Economic Daily, China Building, China Construction Material, BJTV, sina.net and other famous media. Our President, Mr. Li Weidong was praised as one of the 2003 Top Ten news makers by China Construction Material magazine.
In 2005, our company specially founded the Integrated House Sales department and established an integrated house sale network likes the ¡°4S Car sales and services¡± in level one cities and coastal areas in China. In 2006, we established ¡°Singapore Century Building Marketing Company¡± in Singapore. This is to expand our overseas market and sales channels. Currently, we already have 21 agents and franchisers inside and outside China.
